Microsoft Campus Agreement offers Microsoft licensed  software (Windows Upgrade and Office Application) to be used at all Egyptian  universities in addition to faculty staff home use.

The agreement includes the rights to use the following  programs:

 
• Office Enterprise
 
• Windows Enterprise Upgrade (XP or Vista)
 
• Core Client Access License (CAL)
 
   
• (Windows Server CAL – Exchange Server CAL – SharePoint Portal Server CAL – Configuration Server  CAL)
 

The agreement also  support students at faculty of Engineering, faculty of Computer Science and  informatics  and faculty of Science who  are interested in software development with all MSDN software  which is available for download through their  University’s Campus Agreement Administrator.

This software  includes the following programs:

 
• Operating systems, SDKs, DDKs        
 
• Visual Studio
 
• Visio
 
• Project
 
• Access
 
• Server  platforms: Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Commerce Server,  BizTalk Server, Host Integration Server, Application Center, ISA Server, Mobile  Information Server, SharePoint, etc.,
